What is Egg Freezing?

As women get older, their ovarian reserves decrease and their fertility potential decreases accordingly. In some women, especially women with a family history of early menopause, previous ovarian surgery or cancer treatment, the ovarian reserve starts to decrease at an earlier age and the possibility of pregnancy decreases at an earlier age. Many women are therefore concerned about their ability to have children in the future.

Who is Recommended?

• Patients who will be treated for cancer or have to undergo radiotherapy to the pelvic area,
• Before surgery that may result in loss of reproductive function (such as removal of the ovaries),
• Those who may marry late or want to delay the age at which they can have children,
• It is a recommended method for women with a family history of early menopause and women who want to have children in the future.

Egg storage period is limited to 3 years.
